The golden yellow linseed, gently cracked in the patented process, supports the intestinal function, protects the gastric mucosa and contributes to their regeneration by providing swelling-active mucus, which form a protective film on the sensitive mucous membranes. Diet-related digestive disorders can thus be counteracted.
• Rich in high-quality mucilage and omega-3 fatty acids
• No grinding or cooking necessary
• To support coat changes
Shiny Appearance
The health and well-being of the horse are reflected in its appearance. Dry, brittle skin, dandruff, and dull, dull coat can be signs of a lack of supply of special nutrients. In addition to trace elements, essential fatty acids are missing. The high concentration of omega-3 (a-linolenic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid) fatty acids in LinuStar supports skin and coat in a natural way.
Patented Digestion Process
Cracking causes hair-thin cracks in the shell of the seed. Thus, it is still protected against oxidation and thus against spoilage. However, if it comes into contact with liquids such as water or with the digestive secretions, the shell swells up and the mucilage and other nutrient elements are accessible to the organism.
Naturally Low Levels of Hydrocyanic Acid
The golden yellow linseed naturally forms less hydrocyanic acid and therefore does not need to be cooked before feeding. As a result, all valuable ingredients such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and the important mucilage remain intact.

Instructions for use | Mix approximately 10-20g per 100kg bodyweight into the daily amount of concentrates or Irish Mash. Where appropriate, this quantity may be doubled for a period of time. Feeding LinuStar for the stomach: Douse LinuStar in hot water (approx 80 degrees Celsius) and leave to soak for about 25 minutes. The mucilaginous process will be immediately visible. Now feed together with concentrates or Irish Mash. Feeding LinuStar for the gut: Simply mix LinuStar in with the concentrates. This ensures the linseed will only swell during the course of digestion, which means the mucous substances are available to the gut. |
