Calming Cookies® are a completely natural product, handmade in the UK. Ideal for taking the edge off during excitable or stressful situations. Such as competitions, hacking, travelling, loading, clipping, training, clinics, farrier, or during periods of box rest.

The active ingredients in our Calming Cookies® are the amino acids L-Tyrosine and L-Arginine which play important roles in managing anxiety, attention and mood, helping your horse to stay calm and confident.
L-Arginine is necessary for the production of Nitric Oxide in the body. Nitric oxide is a signalling molecule required for many bodily functions, including learning and memory.
L-Tyrosine is a precursor for the neurotransmitters dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline, which also play an important role in memory, behaviour, attention and mood.
All our products are competition safe as they do not contain any known prohibited substances, as defined by the FEI.

| Instructions for use | Administer one or two Calming Cookies®, leave 30-45 minutes then proceed as normal. Lasts 3-4 hours and can be topped up at any time during the day. Can be fed for 2-3 consecutive days to build up levels. Up to 6 Calming Cookies® can be given in a day. Calming Cookies® are safe to use long term and every day. The Calming Cookies are completely natural, every horse is different and will metabolise at different rates as well as having pre-existing levels of serotonin. So some horses may benefit from one Calming Cookie the night before the event, one in the morning and one about 45 mins before and some horse may benefit from more than one at the time. Calming Cookies and our Calming Powder complement each other and can be fed together. Store in a cool, dry place. |
