The Bruno is extremely quiet with a high torque permanent magnet motor with 2x speed settings 2800-3500rpm.

The Bruno can be used off mains (supplied with a 4.9m cable) or is also compatible with with Liveryman Black Beauty lithium ion battery pack.
The machine utilises the A5 blade system which can transform your Bruno from a clipper to a trimmer with a blade change.

To disconnect the appliance, switch off and unplug from the wall socket. • Never use any appliance or component of an appliance in any manner except for which it was designed, do not make alterations to any appliance or component which may lead to personal or environmental harm. | Instructions for use | SEATING IN PERIOD As with most high performance equipment, the Liveryman Bruno clipper has a seating in period. The speed of the motor may fluctuate during the first 30 days. This is a normal occurrence and does not need repair or warrant cause for alarm. The clipper is fully functional during this time. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Switch off trimmer. 2. Connect the DC plug from mains adapter to the clipper. 3. Connect the adapter to the wall socket. 4. Switch on to operate. 5. Adjust speed by pushing switch lever forward one notch for low speed and fully forward for high speed. AFTER USING • Unplug the appliance when not in use and allow it to cool down before storing in a safe place. • To disconnect the appliance, unplug mains adapter from wall socket. OPERATIONAL HINTS • Use or store the trimmer only at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture or heated surfaces. Operating range 0 - 40 °C. • Do not attempt to unscrew any part of the trimmer • A variety of A5 blades are available for all types of clip. • The Liveryman BRUNO can be used to clip with or against the direction of the coat. • For clipping longer hair, clip with the direction of the hair. • For a closer clip use against the hair. • For the best finish, guide the clipper through the coat. Do not force the clipper as this will cause an uneven cut, and the blades may jam. TROUBLESHOOTING • Motor does not run - Check connection with mains adapter and that the wall socket is switched on. • Blades do not move - Check drive lever is correctly aligned with notch in cutter blade. Push blade towards clipper body to snap into place. • Blades vibrate - Try another set of blades. If new set is OK then the spring or socket may need adjustment or latch could be broken. Send to service agent. • Blades loose on clipper - If the blade socket is out of shape then try another set to compare. If there is a loose hinge or broken latch then tighten the hinge screws or send the clipper away for service. • Blades pull hair - Blades may be blunt. Send for re-sharpening. Check blade screws are tight and tension spring strip has plastic blade runner attached.
