- Mucilage: Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) and Seaweed Meal (Ascophyllum nodosum) are included in Horslyx Pro Digest Balancer as both contain mucilage. Mucilage, also known as soluble fibre, can be particularly beneficial in horse with inflamed mucous membranes and digestive conditions.
