Energize™ provides Iron, an essential element of red blood cells which are responsible for oxygen transportation, and Copper which is necessary for effective absorption and utilisation of the Iron. Vitamin B12 and Folic acid support healthy red blood cell formation whilst other B Vitamins and Choline help energy and cell metabolism.
