Audevard Ekyflex Tendon EVO (Equine)
EKYFLEX TENDON EVO is a complementary feed formulated by AUDEVARD Laboratories. It is designed to provide nutritional support for horse's tendon and ligaments.
The primary characteristics of tendons and ligaments is an alliance of delicate fibres which have, under normal circumstances, great strength and elasticity. However, they are also subject to significant strain during exercise. In the event of a tendon injury, the challenge for veterinary surgeons is to encourage the formulation of new tendon fibres rich in type-1 collagen, which has unique strength and elasticity forming properties, so as to minimise the risk of relapse. These critical periods require specific nutrition support.
EKYFLEX TENDON EVO's new formula allows triple action for horse's tendons and ligaments:
- Create high quality collagen (thanks to Tendogen 1 and White Willow)
- Optimise the tendon and ligament environment (thanks to Boswellia serrata and citrus, rich in flavonoids)
- Consolidate the attachment of tendons and ligaments to the bone (thanks to Vitamin D3)
